 Payment Policy

 

 I have three sets of classes in one year.

A set of class consist of 6 classes, $ 180.00 all together: $30.00 each class.

Spring semester runs February through April, Summer semester runs May through July and Fall semester runs September through November. There are 18 sessions all together in the year.

Students need to attend more than 16 sessions minimum to get the next level of certification for a beginner.

A schedule will be sent out prior to the semester and you’ll decide which class you will attend and send a check to me with dates you can attend on the check.

I’ll give you an example.

Let’s say that you’ll be taking the Fall semester on Saturday.

The class dates are 9/02, 9/16, 10/07, 10/21, 11/25, and 12/09.

You can attend all classes except 12/09.

Then you send me a check in the amount of $150.00 ($30.00 x 5 =$150.00) up front with the dates on the check.

This way I’ll know exactly when you are coming and you don’t have to pay for the date you can’t come.

There will be no refund after I receive your check.

I need at least that much commitment from you to take my classes.

If you have to miss a class then you can make it up by coming to another class time or you can take morning and afternoon class in one day if there is room in that class but it must be during the same semester.

You can not make up the missed classes in the following semester.

If you hold the certificate #5 (Kasho, Teachers’ assistant) and above you are allowed to take Rikka classes.

Rikka class is $50.00.

Here is an example of the payment calculation.

Let’s say you can take five classes.

In that five classes, you want to take two Rikka classes.

That means you take three $30.00 classes and two $50.00 classes so you pay me $190.00 all together with the dates on the check.

Private lessons.

Private lesson is available if you want to study deeper and more details and the fee for that is $100.00 for 4 hours.
